You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Technowire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. We may immediately terminate or suspend your access to our Services without prior notice for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and related data in accordance with our data retention policies.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Technowire is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
